hytko Privacy Policy

hytko is a countdown timer app. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.

The short version

• We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data.
• We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising.
• Your timers and settings stay on your device.
• The app has no server of its own.

What the app accesses

Sign in with Apple (optional)

If you choose to sign in, Apple may share your name and email to set up your profile. This information is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. You can remove it any time with "Delete account".

Calendar (optional)

With your permission, the app can add a countdown's date to your Apple Calendar, and can read your upcoming events so you can choose ones to turn into countdown timers. This happens only on your device — your calendar data is never sent to us or anyone else.

Google Calendar (optional)

If you choose, the app opens Google Calendar in your browser with a new event pre-filled from your countdown. No Google sign-in is required, no tokens are stored, and no data is sent to us.

Photos (optional)

If you set a photo as the app background, you pick it through the system photo picker. The chosen image is stored only on your device; the app has no access to your photo library.

Notifications (optional)

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data leaves your device.

Data storage and deletion

All your timers, settings, and any sign-in details are stored locally on your device (and in your private iCloud backup if you use one). Deleting the app removes this data. You can also use "Delete account" in the Profile tab to remove your sign-in.

Children

hytko does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children. It is suitable for all ages.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.

hytko це застосунок із таймерами зворотного відліку. Ми поважаємо вашу приватність.

• Ми не збираємо, не продаємо й не передаємо ваші персональні дані.
• Жодної аналітики, трекінгу чи реклами.
• Ваші таймери та налаштування зберігаються на пристрої.
• У застосунку немає власного сервера.

Вхід через Apple (необов'язково): ім'я та email зберігаються лише на пристрої й ніколи не надсилаються нам. Календар: застосунок може додати обрану подію та (з вашого дозволу) прочитати найближчі події, щоб ви обрали, які перетворити на таймери — лише на пристрої, нам нічого не надсилається. Google Календар (необов'язково): відкриває Google Календар у браузері з готовою подією; вхід не потрібен, токени не зберігаються. Фото: обирається через системний вибір, доступу до галереї немає. Сповіщення: локальні. Видалення застосунку видаляє всі дані.
